SPAM Cross Reference Entry

Unhide Stock Code Column

Display hidden Stock Code column – by default the additional column required by the SPAM product is not visible. To make the Stock Code column visible, right-click the Cross Reference Maintenance column headings and an option list as per Figure 1 will appear.

Select the “Field Chooser” option from the list and Field Chooser window will appear  (Figure 2) showing the additional fields that may be added to the list view.

Select and drag the Stock Code field into the Cross Reference Maintenance column headings, positioning the field as desired (Figure 3)

Stock Code Description Required?

If required, the “Stock Description” field may also be added.
