MAN Menu

Once the manipulation module has been installed using the procedure from the Installation Manual, the following menu (Figure 1) should have been added to the SYSPRO menu.

Figure 1

Transaction Processing

Manipulation Conversion – Execution of the manipulation process where you will be prompted to select the module and accept the conditions before initiating the run (See Running The Conversion Process)
Manipulation Status – This option is used to monitor the manipulation process currently in progress. You would ideally run this process from a separate SYSPRO session so either login to SYSPRO again or simply open a “New SYSPRO Instance” before kicking off the manipulation process from the other SYSPRO session. This process may also be used to interrogate the results of the last manipulation run in any of the available modules. (See Monitor Window)
SPAM Reconstruct SALPRT/SALSLT – Only for the Stock Code Product Class Account Manipulation (SPAM) module. This routine will correctly rebuild the Sales Analysis tables using the SA Sales History Master (SALSHM) accordingly after completing A SPAM module run. (See Recreate Associated Tables After a SPAM Run)
